Angry '09 REPORT ISSUES

Ever since I upgraded to ACADE '09 none of my drawing reports include the Description or User 1 field (we use for our internal p/n) for any of the motors or motor contactors. I know it is not any kind of typo in my data because I can go to the lookup table and all of the information is there. Even if I open an older drawing done in '07 or '08 version that previously worked correctly and have to re-run the BOM or Component List it omits the information mentioned above. The only way I have found to get it back in is to enter it manually. Any ideas???

Only one idea…did the block change?

Sometimes I have to edit the component and “reattach” the information through the lookup button. It seemed to happen when we changed the block or upgraded. I understand it is a large hassle. Yet maybe this would at least save you from typing in the information. It is as if it can not read the data, like the link is missing. If the part number exists in the access database I know that all I should have to do is reattach to that part number remaking the link.

Try service pack 1. They fixed some report issues.
Report back if your still having the issues. Maybe post a zipped .dwg so we can take a look too.
