Default Cable reports - data missing?

When we are running "Cable from/to" reports we are missing SOME of the "CBLMFG" & "CBLCAT" data in the reports. I have went back into the dwgs to verify the info is indeed entered into the dwgs. It seems like every report we run has missing data. Is there something we missed??

We have the problem with 2008 & 2009E.
