Default Multiple XCLIP of an XREF

Summary: The ability to XCLIP an XREF multiple times.

Description: I would like to xclip an xref more than once. For example have multiple xclip frames on a single xref. not multiple xref instances xcliped separately

How Used: For example have multiple xclip frames on a single xref not multiple xref instances xcliped separately would be easier to manage only one instance.

Feature Affinity: XREF
