Default Publish problem

Hello

I am running AutoCAD Electrical 2009.
When I want to publish a set of drawings I run into this problem.

I publish the project and choose A4 format in "Detailed Plot Configuration Mode"
from generic list. Windows default printer is the correct one. But when I choose A4 it always uses XPS Document printer.

If I pick "Use Drivers Default", then it prints on the printer, but I have to manually choose format at the printer. This is lots of extra when printing 40 docs

Howcome my choice of A4 format changes my selection of printer?

Printing is a whole other monster. You might want to check the AutoCAD Plotting forum. http://forums.augi.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 My method is still from way back-2005, updated in 2007, and works for me. We currently are using 2008 so I am not sure what changes might have been made in 2009. Attached is how I create batch plots of a drawing set. I was not too proficient with AutoCAD electrical 2007 Publish/Plot Project. Attached is a write up on it that might work.

File Type: doc Publisher Plotting directions-2007.doc (76.5 KB, 7 views)
