I remember always downloading my Family templates from revit.autodesk.com/library, and now I'm supposed to get them from seek.autodesk.com but can't find them. Anyone got any clues as to where I might locate the Revit 2010 family templates?
I'm still looking for the Revit 2010 content library. There is one for 2009 but it seems to have disappeared in 2010. Now all we have is the "seek" button. I don't want to search for something. I knew exactly where it was in 2009. Is the new work flow supposed to be to take the 2009 content and upgrade it ourselves? Wouldn't it be easier for Autodesk to upgrade the content and host it rather than have every user do it individually? I wonder if the Revit Product manager ( or anyone like that) would be so kind as to explain this improvement.

I was having the exact same issue. When you go to Revit Web Content Library under Help Additional Resources it sends you to Seek. Which then has nothing about the 2010 familes???

The library and templates folder was moved, you'll find them in Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\RAC 2010.
I hope it helps, it's that what you're looking for.
Nope, that's not it. We are looking for the "Web Content Library" Used to be able to access right from Revit.

this?
http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/
which contains only French libraries it seems.
That's it I guess
Seems to be just the French content here now - as well as the 'cows and cupboards' library.
Some neat stuff in the French content btw - linked velux rooflights, windows with shutters etc.
That only has French Content. For everything else you have to use "seek", which means that if you are looking for something specific from the Autodesk Content you have to somehow filter out all the other stuff or go to Revit 2009 and upgrade an older file. Perhaps there is a specific location in "seek" that has just the Autodesk content, but I really don't see the necessity to obscure the location of these files.
Okay, I have found the content. You have to go to Seek and select the category of the item you are looking for; then look at the bottom left of the screen there will be a heading called "Product Libraries". If there is one of these items in the Autodesk product library, the appropriate product library will be listed there. If you select that link you will be taken to a page where only the items from the Autodesk Product Library will be available for download.
But wasn't it just the content that came in the various country cab libraries supplied with Revit...
