I have been having problems with my Dell Precision 64 bit computer loading programs. The problem first started with Autocad 2009 64 bit, I could open a cad file but when I clicked any tool Autocad crashed with a fatal error. Autodesk and my reseller could not get this fixed and I eventually reinstalled Autocad 2008 and that works (after a few installs). We just received Revit suite 2010 and neither Revit or Autocad will even open. I get the initial screen splash for Revit and then it terminates due to a fatal error, the same with the Autocad 2010. Has anyone had these problems or know of a possible solution to fix whatever is making theses programs crash. Our IT dept., Autodesk's Tech support, and our resellers tech support cannot get the program to work.
