Ref. Tags for Drafting Views

Is it possible to create Ref. Tags for drafting views?
I Hope I am clear.
We have drafted Few Details, now using a Tag or Detail Bubble, I'd like to Reference a view.

or should I just simply draft it. How do you guys do it?

I do this fairly often. Works really well for standard details.
When you place your call-out, make sure you check the box in the options bar that says, "reference other view," and select the view that you want to reference.
