Hello all,

I have a question about tables.

Situation:
Our quotes are prepared in Microsoft Word complete with all part descriptions, however when I copy/paste from word to Autocad it brings in the text style & size from word.
Is there an easy way convert all the text in the table to one text style and one text size (preferably in one step). Currently we are changing each one individually, which is time consuming.

Have you thought about converting in Word b/4 pastiong into the tables? CTRL-A selectes all the text, and then format as you wish it to appear. (One of the advantages of ROMANS is that there's a TrueType version install;ed with Acad)

You can globally edit the cells by clicking in the top most cell and windowing to the bottom cell. do not click on the table. when the cells are highlighted. right-click and pick properties. you can then change the text style, height, width, etc.from there for all the highlighted cells.

I assume you are using 2006 or better
