Where is the View >Orient > To other View... command in 2010.?

I am actually looking to orient it to a detail view. And this option i don't see. Like if you have a curved wall and you want to make a 3d detail cut out - showing the cut perpendicular to the wall. is like the section box is oriented perpendicular to an element.

I found it. it seems that it doesn't work with a detail section. It works if i used a wall section or building section. In 2009 you could use a detail section.
