How can I send my drawing ot other advisors having a lower version of revit

if they just need to see it, then they can use the R2010 viewer (e.g. demo mode)
or you could export 3D DXF, but i doubt that will import and be usable as a revit file...

since you cant save down, the best way would be to export it out to CAD that way they can bring it into any version of Revit they are using. by doing that you lose all the BIM funtionality of Revit, but if they only need it for a background, then it may work out ok

Or export it to IFC which will, at least, keep some of the BIM functionalities (walls, will be walls, etc...)
But won't be perfect, though.
