Insulation on ducts and pipes MUST be accounted for. There at least has to be the choice to run a check with soft interferences in addition to the hard interferences.

I light fixture, wall, pipe, etc touching the insulation needs to be identified.

Not just insulation, but any type of soft collision. It needs to work like Navisworks, e.g. you can specify anything as needing a certain amount of clearance without adding additional objects.
