In ACAD2010, when I try to attach a .pmp file to the newly created .pc3 files I get a popup error message saying "Autodesk Hardcopy component has stopped working." I can cancel out of that or let it run its course and it seems to have no effect on the .pc3 file other than the .pmp does not attach. Anyone know what the Hardcopy component is and whether or not it can be patched somehow?

Also...not sure if this is a related problem or not but I cant use the publish command. It will run thru all its paces and then spit out an error message for each plot. Anyone else having publish issues in 2010?

Thanks,
Brent

Can you create a new PMP file without error?
If so, maybe the existing PMP is corrupt?

Yes, I can create a new pmp which is the way I will have to go I guess. The existing one is currently being used for our 2009 installation so I would venture a guess to say it is not corrupt. Its possible maybe that the KIP drivers for Acad 2010 wont read a pmp created with drivers for Acad 2009??? Dont know for sure. Im not very well versed on the PC3/PMP end of things.
