New Build? Web Update?

I was checking the subscription site today and saw that the "Date Availlable" of Revit is listed as May 10, 2009. Is this a new build/WU? Or is it simply the same version I downloaded in April? There is no other clue (that I can find) to state that this is a newer build.

That is the same version that was released in April. On the Autodesk site there is no updates available for Revit 2010 yet.
