Beam Tags??

I can not remember this one. How do you get the X in a beam tag to be lower case?
Ex: W14X22 to read W14x22

Rename your beam type:

Select a beam -> properties -> Edit/New -> Rename...
or
Right click the type name in the browser under families and rename.

Thought I saw somewhere of a new data base file that had them all done already?

You should have a "beam family name".txt that you can globally edit all upper case X to lower case x.

The only thing is I do'nt know if it will effect any of the analysis software's that you may use since the name may not match exactly
