Is there a way to add a Print button to the QAT?

I don't believe so, since the Print Functions are inside/under the R symbol in the upper left corner.

But so are New, Open, and Save. And those you CAN have on the QAT. But no print. You have to keep clicking for that one.

Can't see how to do it at the moment...:?

While looking though I did come across Paul F Aubin's blog which pointed out that you could put the Type Selector in the QAT if moved below the ribbon which I had not realised was possible and is quite useful (although I've avoided touching the QAT so far in case it contributed to instability)

As far as the New, Open and Save on the QAT, Autodesk built those in. That is why they appear on the QAT. I have not found a way to add ANY thing from the R symbol to the QAT.

I can't imagine we won't see the print icon on the next update. Every program has a print icon. This must have been an oversight.

JohnActually Word and Excel 2007 don't...it's hiding under the Application Menu too.

Ctrl+P from now on. Quicker than using the Application menu, and almost as quick as traveling up to the QAT and back with the mouse.

Ctrl+P it is. Suppose I will now have to take a closer look at the keyboard shortcuts.

Do it. I'm 100% faster after learning maybe a dozen shortcut keys. Another 100% faster changing the shortcuts to something that makes sense. If you don't mind spending the time, you can shortcut ALMOST everything. The Project Browser was a big one for me as I can leave it off most of the time, and just key it on and off to free up drawing space.

Just goes to show you. I have little interest in upgrading to Office 2007 or Vista. Still needs to be able to be put on the QAT. It's just plain silly.

Care to share with us some of your shortcuts? Especially the keyboard shortcut to turn the browser on & off?

Ignore this, just saw your post on shortcuts, thanks.
