linked cad file disappeared

I have a cad file (ACA2008 ) that's linked into my Revit 2008 project that I reloaded & the underlay disappeared but the managed links dialog box shows it's loaded & still there. Being fairly new to Revit is there something in the visibility states that would make it not show up?

Have you checked the Visibility Graphics for the "Imported Catagories" or the "Worksets" tabs to see if you have something turned off?
Did you bring the cad file in with "Current View Only" checked and then changed to a different view?
Were there any error messages when you reloaded it?

I did have current view only checked but I think my problem was I had the positioning set at center to center & the file moved.
