Revit level issues

I'm just learning how to use Revit, so this may just be that I'm doing things incorrectly, but I just don't know. Revit won't let me add another level. The level button is shaded so that you can't click on it. Does anyone know why this is and how to change it? The other stations at my office that have Revit on them also have this same issue. Any help would be great.

You have to be in an elevation view to add a new level. Looks like you're in a floor plan view.
