Text Leaders

Hi all.
Using Revit 2010.
I need to create a new text leader arrow to suit a clients protocol and I ahve a few questions.
1) Is this even possible? if so how is it done?
2) How can i change the lineweight of the system leaders. I have set my pen weights to suit my clients protocol and the standard penweight is now to heavy. When i try to change this it is greyed out an will not let me.
3) The leader seems to be justifying itself to the top of teh text. Is there a way to move this down so it lines with the centre of the first linie of text.

ARCHdoc,
In my experience, the simple answer is no. Revit is very limited when it comes to cutomizing leaders. The elements that can be altered are found in the elements properties box at the top left of the screen when leader is selected.
