Building Elevation Tag

In version 6 - I could change the size of the Elevation Tag square from 1/2" to 3/8" of an inch. I can not seem to do that in Version 7. Does anyone know how?

In 7, you can change the appearance of tags under Settings > View Tags > Elevation Tags.
