I asume you are talking about placing a new elevation tag. The elevation tags will point at the nearest wall. So place your tag close to the wall facing south. If no wall faces directly toward the view you want - then place a wall perpendicular to the desired view. Place the elevation tag looking at that wall. Then delete the wall.

i mean the plan is not in south- north direction
when i put the elevation view marker in plan, how i can make the view is parallel to the wall.

When you place the elevation marker move it towards the wall you want it parallel too and it will point at it. You can only do this when you are creating the elevation, not after.

If you're wanting to elevate a curved wall as if it were flat, that is not possible in Revit.

To get the elevation going in the direction you want it, draw a temporary wall oriented parallel to the view direction, place the elevation, then delete the wall. Or you could just place the elevation near any wall that is in the direction you want the elevation to be, then move the elevation cut plane out to where you need it.

You can also use a Reference Plane and snap a section to it to generate the view.

cheers...............
