How to control dims without lines

I often use dimensions and I don't want to show the lines, just the text... I use white color for the lines to do this.... However, when I export to acad, these lines show and they are not in a seperate layer so that I can hide them.... Any tips???

It should bring your dimensions in with a style...edit the style to turn off the lines.
