I don't understand why Revit doesn't use the max height for roofs. This would be very usefull at least for Greek regulations. For example rules are : Max building height 7.50m and over the last slab, max roof height 1.50m. It would be very easy for me to just draw the boundary of the roof and have it ready a second after.

Now I have to correct every slope indication to what I need. You understand that when making a complex roof that can be very annoying.

Am I doing something wrong? Is it possible to set the max height for the roof? The program I used with AutoCAD is a very cheap one but it was making this really fast.

I'd like to hear what you do in this case...

Draw your roof with any slope you want.
Go to an elevation view. Drag the ridges to whatever height you want.
If you place a level line or ref. plane for your max. height - you can use the align tool to set the ridge height to this level.
