Left Arrow-Repeat Last Selection?

Have we lost the funcationality of using the left arrow to repeat the last selection set of items?

If so, why?

Have we also lost the pull-down menu for Design Options? Right now I have to go to the "Tools" menu to get design options. Am I missing something?

Duh, just found it. I just had to right click in the tool bar and turn on that tool pallette. It is so easy to forget how you set those little things up for yourself!!

If so, why?I think the arrow keys are now designated for the nudge function... and repeat last selection is Ctrl+LeftArrow.
