Menus Unloaded

I've been working in 2009 since it first came out. Two weeks ago, I open ACAD and nothing is there. I had to reload all my menus. I then had to go into CUI and tweak a few things but everything returned. Well, it happened again today. This time when I went to reload the menus, two of them wouldn't load. I had to load their backup.cui file. Then when I went to open the CUI I received an error message saying it couldn't find those menus. I don't know what to do. Has anyone else had this issue? Any help would be appreciated.

I have had that on a couple of computers in the past, not on 09 yet. I always keep a copy of CUI files to try and replace the corrupt ones first and if that doesn't work I've run a Repair to the program to correct it. I don't know what causes it...but I've read several times that CUI files can get corrupt.
