Options bar acting up

I select an element and the options bar is now 2 sometimes 3 deep.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? Please see the attached image, I selected a door, and that happened.
What's bad is that it changes my drawing window so the element selected is moved up since the drawing window resets itself.
