Rendering Crashes

Hello and G'd Friday,

Rendering is crashing on a notebook with 2 GB with hyper threading. Is there a phone number to the Revit Support Team that I can call?

Revit 6.1 or 7? and are you running some kind of Memory management tool? I've found it to help, altho it does slow down the process...

I crashed the renderer today in 70. It had issues with an RPC. Came up and corrected the RPC (looking for wrong path) and worked fine.

It is 6.1 that crashes when rendering. What memory management tools are you refring to to manage the use of the memory?
