I am recreating a roadway plan to get a DTM surface using Civil3D 2010. I have built assemblies that match my plan cross sections at 50foot intervals. When I utilize the generic subassemblies for my cut/fill areas the assembly will be a spot on match for the cross section however when it is used in the cooridor the cut/fill lines will fold under the road structure. If I build the assemblies using a polyline created subassembly the cut/fill areas to not flow into each other (ex. sta1+00 to 1+50 changes from a 4:1 slope at sta1+00 to a 2:1 slope at sta1+50. The cooridor will create a static slope between station and not flow from one slope to the next.)
