join walls-arced

First time poster here. I hope this is the right forum. Revit 2009

I have an ellipse shaped building. It is traced from a cad file, so it is arc segments. I need to vary the height of the wall from 10' to 20' in the log direction of the "ellipse".

I can't get the walls to join and can't figure out how to change the top of the wall.

1. You can NOT edit the profile of a curved wall.

2. You CAN create a Mass in the correct shape of the ellipse, with its varying height.
Then, convert the face of the Mass to Walls or curtain systems, roofs, etc.

3. DO NOT delete the Mass!
