Stair Cut line

The attached image shows how the stairs are displayed in the 2nd floor plan. The cut plan is set to 5' above the associated level, and the bottom is set to the associated level. So why are the risers that start at the 2nd floor level going down to the cut line dashed? They should be solid lines! I've tried adjusting the view range but with no success.

Never mind my previous post. I found the problem which was a silly mistake on my part. The top level was set to the level above the second floor. It's amazing that sometimes something so obvious is easy to overlook.
