I have drawn a site on the existing phase and created a new Building and Conc. Pad to lower the grade for a Loading dock. When I go to view properties and change it to Existing Phase, it doesn't show any of the new construction (which I want) but it does show a cut in the existing asphalt where the new loading dock is going to be created. and the existing parking spaces I have along this area are below grade at the new loading dock surface. I need to make a before and after site plan, any Ideas on how to resolve this ?

Unfortunately, not all revit components are phase aware. In this situation, you have to duplicate your Topo and have one "created in Existing, demolished in New" and the other "created in New"
Watch out for floor slabs and shaft openings; they don't phase properly either.

Did you check your Phase Filters?
In The phase Filters, make sure you are indicating that New Construction is shown when in Existing Phase....
