1. Is anyone using Revit for BOMA standards for area calculation?
2. Are you using the pre-defined area rules or unchecking the apply rules and defining the boundaries yourself?
3. Anyone have a schedule they would like to share??
Just did a quick test with a room and window. They window is 24W x 48H and the walls are 9' tall. It is counting the window face as a dominant portion to the face of glass eventhough it is less than 50% of the wall height. Anyone else have this problem?
