Change of Username (removing the 5 digit number)

Hi Revit Forum Technical support Team

When can we get to change our user IDs? I don't like that 5 digit number behind my name. I was a member of 'Zoogdesign' Revit user forum even before it was attached to AUGI. I missed out couple of instructions during that migration time and I couldn't 'login' to AUGI using the old used ID and password anymore so I created a new ID and ended up with that 5digit number.

I approached the forum support team to merge my old account with that of my new one but they couldn't do it for me. I can still see my old ID in the members list but cannot access AUGI using that ID.

Any help for the forum technical support team?

Changing (new) user names is still on the Forum Action List.

Can't give you a date yet when this be available.

Steve S or Chris Z may be able to give further feeback as to why you can't access your old account.

Send a Private message to Cadmama. She'll be able to help you with the AUGI membership issues. After you can successfully log in as your former self we may be able to merge your two identities into the one you wish to carry on as.

There is no way to change the username itself yet...if I recall correctly.
