Is there a parameter as a camera zoom factor (20 mm, 35 mm, etc.) in Revit like in other apps?

I believe that when setting a camera view although the view so formed is square the nominal focal length of the camera equates to a 50 mm lens - a standard lens in SLR days, I don't know quite what it equates to as a digital zoomn factor. Once a view is formed you can pull the crop region out to obtain a shorter focal length equivalence or push it in to achieve a longer focal length. It is easy on internal views to achieve a high level of distortion and you should watch for this when altering the crop region.

There are no preset focal lengths that I am aware of.

You can change this currently, but you cannot enter a numeric value. Here's how to do it:
With a perspective view active,
Activate DynView (F8),
Notice there is a 'Field Of View' tab at the bottom,
Use the 'In/Out' button to get the result you are looking for.
