Database connectivity

When I get numbers with database connectivity from excel to acad2010 it shows lots of decimal for example "701.20896574". But I want to see like "701.21". The cell in excel which I refer is a result of a formula. It will be the reason. But I can't fix the problem. I can't change the precision.
Note: I tried to change the precision on excel but it changes nothing. Acad2010 still shows lots of decimal.
I will be very happy if anyone helps me.

I dont know much about connecting to databases, but I usually control precision in the cell style. I create a cell style for the particular formatting I want to use, and just apply it to the cells I wish to see look like that formatting.
