Wall Visibility

I have a 3 1/2" stud wall with 5/8" gyp on both sides. Is there a way of showing only the stud wall in plan view so my wall is only 3 1/2" thick?

Nope. There are workarounds, but they usually rear their ugly heads on export/plot/whatever...

So long as he realizes that it will show up that way in Section too... Judging by the fact that he specfied plans, im ASSuming he wants it to show as a 4.5" wall in section, etc.

Read this post (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=26038), which is the more common workaround to do what you are after. Make sure you test it out with printing and exporting first to make sure that the results are acceptable.
