Annotation instance property doesn't show in project

I created a door tag with a masking region to mask out other things in the drawing in certain cases. I set a visibility parameter for the masking region, and put it as an instance property, but I can't see the instance property on tags placed in the project. If I change it to a type property it works, but not for instance properties. Is this how it's supposed to work?

Don't ask me why but that's the way it works. Changing your parameter from type to instance in a tag family, it won't show after loaded to the project. :roll:
