DOES CIVIL 3D 2010 HAVE AN OBJECT ENABLER FOR ARCHITECTURE 64BIT 2010?

Even if your running Civil 3D on a 64bit system, you'll need to use the 32bit enabler. As Civil 3D is only a 32bit program at this time.
