Starting Portable License Utility out of File Explorer

I had one of my licenses on an associate's computer. I asked him to email me the license. Unfortunately, he suffered a virus recently, and can't open it thru the typical All Programs>Autodesk>Revit>Portable License Utility...anyone know how to start that thru a program file? I can't find it.
