design options or phasing?

I have separate two units and one of them is optional. I have to show a plan with both units and another with only one unit. I have to make schedules for each set.

Seems like its not possible to show only one design option?

Should I use phasing or design options?

One option has one unit, another option has both. Id use Design Options...

So I would have to duplicate the second unit in one of the options, and have to keep the plan up to date separately? Like having to draw the same plan twice?

Model Group it and put it in the design options...

Or, the first unit isnt in the Design option at all.

Then have two options: One has the second unit, and one is blank.
