I have a Grid from A to G. The dimension was done continuously between Grids. How to delete the dimension from C to D without redoing the dimension from Grid A to G?

If you mean have no dimension at all at that location, you can't without redoing the whole string again. If you just want a longer dimension from C to E, you can select the dimension, and there are blue squares hidden there, hovering over one, then right-clicking will allow you to delete a dimension point. Since it was drawn as one long string initially, there is no way to create a gap with no dimension in the middle of the string.

There is a trick to do this, but I wouldn't consider it good drafting. Draw a detail line between grids C & D parallel to the grids. Use the Edit Witness Lines tool to add this detail line to your string of dimensions. Then hide the detail line with Right-Click --> Hide in View --> Element. This will really confuse your team if they don't know what you did.

I sure wouldn't do this...

In addition to editing using the bule grips you can just use the edit wittness lines tool and reselect the grids you don't want to include. They will be un-dimensioned.
