This looks great: I'm presently using Revit architecture 2009 because I have it on student licence for another 5-6 months. Would it be better for me to update to 2010? I didn't because it was only available on a months trial.

I don't return to uni for my diploma for another 14 months so I'm wondering how I can continue to access Revit during the interim, when I have more time to spend learning it. I haven't found a placement yet so I'm focusing on this and portfolio improvements. Only thing is it looks like this resource is only avaible in the US and Canada? Do you know if the 13 month download and learning resources are available in the UK?

They are here in Australia. We have students on the student site running on 2009, and when the college gets updated to 2010, we will suggest to the students they go to 2010. It is the drawback of Revit's version backwards incompatability setup that Colleges and their students have to be in sync, and indeed students within the one group have to be in version sync.
I would say you mightn't have a problem recharging in 5-6 months time. You would still need that educational email address I presume, but if you still have that then I guess that says you are still a student.
The wiser may correct me if I'm wrong.
