Are you asking how to make that shape using massing tools?
Or, are you asking how to make that shape into walls?
If you have made a mass that shape already, you can simply select the wall tool> select faces and pick which ever wall type to apply to a face of a mass. Based on the 1st image you posted, I would consider using curtain wall (type) for your walls. That way you can begin to define a grid, or other pattern on the surface.
