Pipe Tables losing data

We have built a pipe networks basemap and are d-reffing the pipe networks into our plan/profile sheets. We've built structure and pipe tables within these p/p sheets but are having intermitten problems when we open the drawing with the data no longer being in the table. The tables still show up but only contain the Title and Headers. It doesn't happen everytime we open the p/p sheets but whenever it happens we have to re-populate the table. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this? Thanks in advance.

Are you perhaps using C3D2008? I know that anumber of people posted about this happening in that version, but they reported back that in 2009 they worked correctly.

We were having a similar issue with line and curve tables from d-refed objects. Our workaround was to explode the tables so they did not disappear but of course they were no longer dynamic.
