Hatch Pattern v's Scale

Hi all,
I have an issue with my hatch pattern adjusting size when the scale is changed.

I have created a new floor to act as a tile finish with screed, the surface pattern (drafting) on the tile floor at scale 1:100 is 300 x 300.(simple cross hatch)
When these plans are duplicated to create the 1:50 room plans, the tile pattern gets re-sclaed and ends up being 150 x 150.

Why does it do this? the tiles need to be 300 x 300 in all views regardless of the scale the view is set to.

Anyone know how i can stop this from happening?

Hi Andrew,

Seems to work fine for me at all scales if the hatch is a model hatch rather than a drafting hatch.
