Parametric Array-curtain panel

Hi, I realize this topic has been covered a few times but I am still struggling with it. I am trying to create a curtain panel that is slates. I would like this to be parametric and add more slates when the height changes. I have gotten pretty close I think but I am getting caught up on the constraints and formulas not working full. Attached is my file, the height constraint doesn't allow me to change the height. Also, I can't get the slates to constrain to both sides without the slates angling.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
