Is it possible to schedule whether a door opens to the right or left hand side?

Yes. I'm not sure this is the best way to do it, but you could create a shared parameter in the door family, call it "Door Swing," and make it a text parameter. It should probably be an instance parameter, because I don't think Revit can know the difference between swing directions as they relate to the opening orientations. You'll have to type in the values for each door in the project, but it will schedule as long as you make it a shared parameter. You'd probably do best to make it a shared Project Parameter and apply it to the door category, instead of adding the parameter to every single door family individually.

Be very very very very careful about direction items such as this. When you mirror a door, youll have a door opening *right* that is labeled *left.*

I **think** the API has a function that can tell if an item has been mirrored, but i dont know squat about how it works, so i may be way off base...
