Arch Window Not Visible in Elevation

I have created two window families that are similar in construction, the only differences being size and that one window has an arched head. When placed within a wall, the rectangular window is visible in elevation and 3D, but the arch window is only visible in 3D. In elevation, I can rollover the arch window and select it, but otherwise only the opening cut is visible (the window frame and trim are not visible). The window frames/trim are setback from the exterior face of the wall the same distance in each window type.
Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what you've done, but I placed the arch window in my file and it worked fine. See attached.
