Display Units

In Navisworks 2010 Display Units are set to "Feet and Inches Fractions". When using the Measure tools with the "Measure Shortest Distance" feature, the units displayed for a distance of 9'-0" is 8ft 12in.... I can't find a place to set a tolerance or round off or anything else to address this issue. Anyone have an idea how to get it to display properly?

It should display the measured distance as 9ft 0in NOT 8ft 12in.....
