Move outbuildings in model

I have some outbuildings in a model and I need to change their position relative to each other. How can I select all of the elements of the outbuilding, (walls, floor, roofs, doors & windows, etc.) to move them all at once. I can't select everything from one view and when I go to a different view I loose the selections I have already made.

You could go to a 3D view and turn everything on. select everything and group it. Then just move the group. Our accessory buildings are always their own model so we can easily relocate them on the site even after they have been dimensions and annotated.
