I have a project that only exist in pdf files - is there an "eazy" way of converting these to a usable file?

Revit does not import PDF's.

You will have to convert them to jpegs, tiffs etc to allow import into Revit to trace over.

Well that's what I thought - I was hoping the 2010 might have something!

It isn't pretty, but if the PDFs are in vector format, you can open them in Adobe Illustrator, and then export them to DWG or DXF. There will be a loss of precision, and not everything will convert correctly.

I might have some workflow solution for you.

You do realize this thread is 7 years old, don't you?
Even though the answer is still: No you can't.
